The PronoKal Plan

PronoKal is a natural low calorie medically supervised ketogenic diet.   Our bodies enter a state of ketosis when we have eliminated carbohydrate and switch to burning fat as our fuel source.  Therein lies the beauty of the PNK method.  We loose fat and muscle is preserved, energy levels remain constant and appetite is diminished.  Muscle is essential for our bodies tone and takes up less space than fat and uses more energy even whilst sleeping.  With Pronokal you will be under the supervision of specially trained doctors, motivating nutritionists and online personal trainers.  The programme is phased from initial weight loss to rehabilitation and you will be personally guided and supported throughout the process.

How does it work?

After an initial consultation which includes a full health check and blood work you can commence the programme.  You will eat between 4 and 6 PronoKal products a day depending on your requirements including vegetables for lunch and dinner.  Products are completely natural and vegetarian though not vegan.  These meal replacement products contain high biological quality protein which is necessary to protect your muscle.  Supplementation provides 100% of the adult daily requirements of vitamins and minerals plus omega 3 fish oil.  There is no need to plan your meals, other than vegetables so you easily receive all your daily nutrients with PronoKal.

Protection of the muscle
